SERVICES
We have the following departments in our firm:
a)
Corporate Advice and Litigation Department
-This includes general advise on Company Law matters; Agreements, and
litigation relating to Company Law, shareholders/directors relationships, board
room disputes, winding up, international trade; Concession agreements, Joint
venture agreements, BOT, Corporate negotiations; legal due diligence;
international corporate ventures;
b) Civil Litigation department:
-This includes debt collection, defamation, contractual disputes,
injunctions, matrimonial, declaratory reliefs. We specifically do not handle
personal injury or fatal accident cases on roads.
c) Criminal Litigation Department
-This includes penal code offences, commercial crimes, etc.
d) General and Specific Advisory services- especially in relation to
Government related contracts/projects;dealings with government.
e) Industrial and Labour relations
-This includes advise on labour relations, employment law, industrial court
matters such as constructive dismissal, collective bargaining.
f) Counsel Work
- usually upon being instructed on briefs by other
legal firms.
We occasionally share our work with other legal firms when necessary to
ensure that our clients obtain the best legal advise possible when the nature of
the legal problem is complex and the work bulky. This is of course with the
consent of our client without any unreasonable increase in legal costs to the
client. Our experience has shown that this approach is more efficient in terms
of quality rather than engaging more legal assistants Wthin the Firm.
